Charles M. Soule
CHARLES M. SOULE was born and raised in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Chuck is a partner at Stafford, Neal & Soule, located in Madison. He handles both Worker’s compensation and social security disability claims, but the majority of his practice is representing injured Worker’s. He graduated cum laude in 1985 from Ripon College with majors in business management and economics. At Ripon, he played on the basketball team and was team captain. Prior to law school, he was employed with Allstate Insurance Company. He graduated magna cum laude in 1992 from Marquette University Law School. In 2000, he was named Worker’s compensation litigator of the year for Royal & Sun Alliance insurance company. Chuck has the highest peer review rating for both legal ability and ethical standards from Martindale Hubbell. In 2017, Chuck received the distinguished Lawyer Designation from the Expert Network, which is only conferred upon the Top 3% of Lawyers in North America. He is a frequent speaker on Worker’s compensation law at legal and medical seminars. He also recently began mediating workers’comp claims. Chuck and his wife, Nancy, have two children.
His outside activities include his family, riding his road bike, NASCAR and enjoying the outdoors-hunting and fishing.
